The journey so far

1997 Applicable is founded Applicable is founded in the late 90s to provide hosted Domino, Exchange and specialist web services to large corporate customers.

2010 Branching out and up Applicable expands quickly into unified communications (UC) with Microsoft Lync, then Skype, then Teams, growing quickly as Teams collaboration and telephony takes the world by storm.

2016 Applicable is acquired Applicable is acquired by telecommunications giant NTT, continuing to provide critical UC and collaborations services to some of the world’s largest global corporations.

2024 Expansion – phase 2 A management buy out secures the future, and Applicable expands to embrace the full Microsoft 365 portfolio with leading-edge delivery, management and consultancy services.
